34: The Grace Of A Miracle | 36: A Couple Who Wanted to Have A Child

Every human being hopes to see a miracle happen in his or her life one day. But first you must know what a miracle is and why God allows it in some cases. It is not given to everyone to receive the Grace of a miracle in one’s life. The Light can work in a person’s life in many ways, but the Grace of a miracle rarely happens. What people say they have experienced as a miracle is often a Grace that the Light gives to those who are open. The opening of the person to the Light is helpful and necessary in order to allow the Light Force to enter and work in that person.

A miracle is therefore a Grace that the Light gives under certain conditions to someone for a particular problem. The Grace of a miracle always comes from On High. It is a quick intervention of the Light Force in a person’s life. The miracle can be done in all areas of life and not only in the area of health.

The human being must first of all try to understand the greatness of the Grace of God which lies in a miracle, before allowing oneself to ask the Light for it. Not every problem a human being has requires a miraculous act on the part of God. The Light intervenes in many ways for the different problems that human beings may encounter. The miracle is an Act of Grace on the part of God, an intense intervention of His Force. For this to happen, the Light must know a little more about the problem of the person asking for the Grace of a miracle in his or her life. In order for the miracle to happen, there must be a great openness to the Light. Through this opening, a bridge of Light is established with the Luminous Heights, a bridge through which the Grace will move to act in the person and work a miracle.

There is a specific place in the Beyond where all requests for the intervention of the Grace of the Light arrive. The Light does not intervene as soon as there is a request for rapid intervention … for any problem. It is for the Light alone to judge and determine the kind of intervention, what should be put forward to answer the request for help. Many people who are suffering turn to God for help. Without necessarily speaking of a miracle, the Light can intervene in one way or another, without there being a visible result.

The Grace of being able to benefit from a miracle in life can occur in cases of distress. Distress, which is extreme suffering, is a time when a human being can open up to the Light and ask It to intervene in order to get out of one’s pain or sorrow. Such a person can receive the Grace of a miracle from the opening that his or her distress has caused.

Prayer alone may not give the required opening to benefit from a miracle, but the Light can always intervene in another way. Human beings should not concentrate only on asking for a miracle to solve their problems, but should rather ask for the intervention of the Light in their lives.


36. MEETING IN MY OFFICE WITH A GERMAN COUPLE WHO WANTED TO HAVE A CHILD


One day, I received a German couple in my office on Vomperberg. This couple was happy, but there was something wrong that I noticed every time I asked them about their family. They responded hesitantly without comment. I kept quiet when they did not want to continue the conversation and they quickly changed the subject. They were interested in my teachings and we talked about various things about the evolution of a human being. They did not raise questions often about their private lives, we only talked about spiritual evolution, which I appreciated immensely since it is a vitally important subject for human beings. Before we parted, the husband asked me if I could give him some literature. I gave them to him to read. The wife asked me to pray for her and her home so that the Light would be in her life. As she was leaving, she had tears in her eyes. I then thought that this couple wished to continue to be in my company and that their departure provoked emotions in her.

I knew them both through someone else. One day, I met the man who had introduced me to them. I wanted to know more about this German couple who was so kind and did not fail to contribute to the work of the Light. The man told me that they had been trying to have children since they got married, but nothing was happening. They had spent money to get the woman to conceive, but with no results. They were living in anguish because of this problem. They loved children, but they could not have any. I understood that she wanted me to pray for her, but without telling me what she wanted the Light to do for her. The woman used to hand me an envelope with compensation, in addition to what they both gave as a couple. She was thinking of making an offering for the Light to give her the Grace to conceive, but she did not write it down in her envelope.

I did not wait to ask for Grace for this couple. I wanted to know what I could do to help them, who needed the Force of Light to solve their problem.

It had been some time since I had seen them again, although they did not fail to send their compensation, especially before the Grail Festivals. One Sunday, after the worship, while I was walking around to talk with the readers who had come to worship, I saw the couple again.

The woman was not like the previous time, she had changed somewhat. The two followed me to a quiet place to talk to me. The man wanted to kneel to thank me for the Grace that the Light had given them. He told me that his wife was pregnant and that it was what she had been waiting for. He told me that one day, in a dream, she saw me sitting on a hill, holding by the hand a child who seemed to have gone astray. The child was looking for his mother whom he had lost sight of. I came to his wife and asked her to take care of this lost child, who did not know that his mother had died. His wife took the child with her and went with him away from that hill. It was some time after having this dream that his wife realized that she was expecting a child. The doctor advised her to wait until the fetus was developed sufficiently before travelling. It was the reason for their absence from worship and meetings. His wife could not speak, only tears flowed from her eyes. She wanted to speak, but was unable to.

I asked them to protect this child who was lost on the hill. I revealed to him that he was a Servant of the Light who had lost his way on the hill, that he had found me and that he had a mission from the Light. So, on one hand I helped the Servant of the Light who had gone astray, and on the other hand the woman who lacked joy in life because she could not be a mother, but not just any mother, a mother who knows the Holy Word and who thinks about her spiritual evolution. The woman had a son and when he was ten years old, his parents wanted him to spend some time at Vomperberg to work. The woman told me that she did not yet see how to make her offering to God Who had heard her prayer, so she offered Him her son.

People do not know that there is another way to ask for help for any problem that persists in their lives. People forget the act of offering to God. Compensation is a Law to help the Work of the Light. Thinking of the gesture of offering for a problem that persists, people do not consider it and often do not take into account the reality of offering and what it means. Rather, they think and refer to the old days when people offered animals for some cause, but I am speaking to you here of the authentic offering that comes from the heart of a person who opens to the Light and accompanies it with a prayer. God hears these prayers and answers to help.

I was, in all respects, eager to walk around and meet people. I often sought to meet people who needed the help of the Light for their spiritual evolution. There were sick people who had been suffering for a long time and who needed the help of the Light. There are many people who have problems in their lives and we must think of helping them. I did not want to help them to make myself known to them, I only wanted to do my Mission, which was to help human beings.

Some people noticed something spiritual in me, but often they were unable to tell me what it was. I did not want people to follow me just because I had the Light Force and could help them. What concerned me most was their spiritual evolution. Whenever I met someone, I wanted to give them what was necessary and useful to help them in their life. The person might not accept what I was talking about, but I only wanted that my Word made a difference in his or her life.

I would always say a prayer for a person before I left them. And when the person had problems in their life that had been going on for a long time, not only an illness, but any other problem, I asked for Grace for a miracle to happen for them. I could read the thoughts of the people I met and know their problems. I could also feel the need to help these people without them asking me to do so. I would not ask a person directly what was wrong with their life. I would first get them to listen to the teachings I had to give them. In this way I could do my work of helping the person before departing.

Some people would not fail to speak directly to me about their problems when they met me. These were people opened to the Light and who immediately felt an attraction to come to me to receive the help they needed. There were not many of them, but some received the Grace of opening to the Light simply by seeing me passing in the street.
