All of the Commandments of God are important for the welfare of each individual, and none of them is less important than the others. The teachings and explanations of these Commandments are given to you to help you understand them correctly so that you can lead a life in accordance with God’s Laws while overcoming your flaws and for your well-being, your spiritual evolution, a better life, a happier and more joyful life.

Many people have many faults of which they are unaware and the consequences of which in their lives are all the misfortunes, problems and sufferings they endure throughout their lives without knowing the causes or the origins. It is in everyone's interest to understand and live according to the teachings that explain each of these Commandments. It is only by putting them into practice in one’s life that the necessary changes that transform his or her life can gradually take place.
Do not simply read the Commandments to find out what they say. You must make the effort to understand them and live by these very important teachings that contribute to your well-being and spiritual evolution.

Some people have had many experiences in their lives, from which they have drawn lessons that enable them to understand the spiritual teachings contained in these commandments. Unfortunately, many people are still unable to use the lessons learned from these experiences to change their way of life. They do not reflect and make no effort to understand and change, but are content to keep these teachings as mere spiritual knowledge.

Strive to understand and live according to God’s Will.

“You must not covet your neighbour’s wife". Every woman incarnated on Earth has received a mission from God, for the fulfilment of which God has given her a force that men do not possess. This Light Force within women enables them to attract to themselves what they desire and over which they have much more influence, whether for good or for evil.

The explanations and knowledge contained in the spiritual teachings on each Commandment will help you to understand and recognize in your way of living – in thought, word and deed – what is not in accordance with the Laws of God and which may be a flaw that you should seek to overcome by living in accordance with the Teachings of God that govern all Creation.

These teachings clearly explain how you should behave so as not to transgress the Commandments and avoid their consequences in your life. These teachings are like warnings against what is evil and impure. They clearly explain how you must behave in order not to transgress the Commandments.

By virtue of her constitution and the Force she has received from God to accomplish her noble mission on Earth, a woman has the ability, through her sensitivity, to attract all that is good or bad and to influence the course of many things. It is up to women to recognize their strength and choose to be open to that which is good and to attract only what is good.
The Light knows the destiny of every individual incarnated on Earth, the path that is clearly marked out for them to follow on this Earth to redeem their past mistakes and to evolve spiritually. The destiny and the path to be followed by each individual on Earth is different from that of everyone else. So do not complain that your life and experiences are different from those of others.

A woman who cannot conceive and who complains about not having children like all other women should try to understand her situation. She will try by all means to conceive, but she will not succeed. This is one of the experiences she will have to go through on her path to her destiny on Earth.

This commandment, You should not covet thy neighbour's wife, applies to women in general, including young girls.
Not all women are incarnated on Earth to be in a marriage, in a coupled relationship and have children, which is neither the goal nor the mission of a woman who is incarnated on Earth.

There are women who are incarnated on Earth for a special mission that they do not need to be in a marriage, in a relationship and have children to fulfil. Other women are incarnated on Earth for a completely different reason, for a special mission. Still others have made a vow in the afterlife, before their reincarnation, to the man to whom they are already connected in Heaven before incarnating on Earth, and who is her destiny soul, with whom she will meet again on Earth, form a couple and together fulfil the mission that the Light has entrusted to them on Earth.

A man whose wife is his soul mate will never, not even for a moment, have inappropriate thoughts, thoughts of seduction or desire towards another woman. He will find everything he is looking for in a woman in his wife, who is his soul mate and to whom all his thoughts will be directed.

Men who have this defect of seducing women in any form, up to and including the physical act, must recognize and fear the consequences of this defect in their lives. They must make the necessary efforts to overcome it, free themselves from it, and take care not to transgress this Commandment by keeping their thoughts pure.

Every man must be aware of the consequences of inappropriate seductive thoughts, of lust in all its forms, on women in general, including girls, and do everything possible in his life to avoid them, to distance himself from all these negative thoughts in favour of pure thoughts. Men must seek every possible means to combat all these inappropriate negative thoughts of seduction towards all women. Always have thoughts and images that concern only your wife. This is not an easy exercise, especially for people who had these flaws before marriage, but with effort and understanding of spiritual teachings, it can be done. For some people it is impossible to keep and maintain pure thoughts. Especially for people who know that they are destined to have and continue to have inappropriate thoughts. Nor is it good for married men and women to desire and seduce each other to the point of physical acts, they are transgressing this Commandment.

There are people who transgress this Commandment by thinking inappropriate thoughts about women. They do not get straight to the point when they speak with the woman, but they develop thoughts that go as far as the physical act of thinking about her. They commit the physical act with women without having a physical relationship with them. These men have developed inappropriate thoughts and fantasies that have led to an imagined act. These are acts that people commit without knowing the spiritual consequences. They present themselves as serious people who do not lust after women, even though they have already had physical relations with several women, just by thinking about it. There is also the issue of looking at women inappropriately, which must truly be avoided.

Some women are seductresses. They go to the same places as men to seduce them by engaging in physical acts with them. Women who prostitute themselves seduce men to get what they want. You should avoid frequenting places where there are women who only want to have experiences with men.

There’s always a way to avoid any opportunity with these seductive women.

A man should not marry a woman just to satisfy his thoughts of seduction, his physical pleasure. The physical act must be performed with the consent of both the woman and the man. A man should never use his wife to satisfy his uncontrollable urges at any time, even to the point of using violence. You are responsible for any act of violence you commit against a woman before the Light. The consequences can follow you even after your earthly death on your journey to the Afterlife.

These men who do not love their wives and only use them when the need for sex arises are abusing their wives. These men have an unhealthy sexual instincts. They are aware of their actions before God. They transgress this Commandment.
A man who does not keep his thoughts pure and who secretly takes pleasure in playing with inappropriate thoughts of seduction and lust towards his neighbour’s wife will find himself, after his death, in one of the Villages of Defects. In this case, in a village where people who have this defect of a sick sexual instinct go. In this village of sick instincts, there are many women without clothes.

As soon as a man enters the village, these naked women invade him, pounce on him and immediately begin to engage in intimate physical acts with him without giving him a moment’s respite. An uninterrupted intimate physical act by all these women, each in turn with the same man. These women won’t stop until the man can take no more, until he is disgusted and feels a burning desire to put an end to what he considers to be an ordeal, until he recognizes and understands that seduction and inappropriate thoughts about women are not good, that it is a defect he will wish he didn’t have. He has learnt the consequences of this flaw from his own experience. By recognizing this flaw and its consequences, the man will then be able to leave this village and continue his journey to the Afterlife.

You have the spiritual teachings to know whether what you do in thought, word and action is good or bad, so that you can lead a life in accordance with the Laws of God by choosing what is good and avoiding the bitter consequences of everything that is bad.

Each person is responsible for his or her thoughts, words and actions, and you must strive throughout your life to have the right knowledge that will prevent you from breaking the Commandments out of ignorance.

Many people do not know what awaits them when they leave this Earth.

Start by working hard on yourself to keep your thoughts pure and you will be happy.

Any thought of seduction, covetousness or lust for a woman or a young girl is a transgression of this commandment.

The body may be weak, but don't let your sexual instincts cause you to make mistakes that will lead you to transgress this Commandment. Pray that you will not fall into temptation.
