From The Grail Message
The Ninth Commandment:
You should not lust after your neighbour's wife!
This sharp and clear commandment is directed against the physical-animalistic impulses that man.... unfortunately... allows to arise far too often when the opportunity presents itself!
Here we have also touched on the core of the matter, which is the greatest snare for man, to which almost everyone succumbs as soon as he comes into contact with it: The Opportunity!
The impulse is only awakened and guided by thoughts! Man can very easily observe in himself that the impulse does not stir, cannot stir, if the thoughts are not there! It is totally dependent on them! Without exception!
Do not say that the sense of touch can also arouse the urge; for that is false. It is only a delusion. The sense of touch only awakens the thought, which then awakens the urge! And in order to awaken thoughts for this purpose, the opportunity that presents itself is the most powerful tool that man must fear! Consequently, it is also the greatest defence and the greatest protection for individuals of both sexes if such opportunities are avoided! It is the lifeline in the present distress, until the whole of humanity becomes so strong in itself that it will be able to keep the hearth of its thoughts pure as a healthy matter of course, which unfortunately is no longer possible today! Then, a transgression of the commandment is absolutely out of the question.
Until then, many storms must roar over humanity, but the anchor will hold if every striving individual makes a strict effort never to give the opportunity for the seductive seclusion of the two sexes!
Let this be engraved on everyone’s spirit in flaming letters; for it is not so easy to free oneself again spiritually from the transgression, for the other party is also involved! And there is seldom the possibility of simultaneous ascent.
“Do not lust after your neighbour’s wife!” This does not only mean a wife, but the female sex in general! So also the daughters! And since it is clearly stated: “Do not let yourself lust!” It means only the physical urge, not an honest courtship!
There can be no error in these clear words. This is the strict Law of God against seduction or rape. As well as the defilement by thought of a secret desire! Even this, as the starting point of the full evil of an act, is a transgression of the commandment, which brings about the punishment by karma that must inevitably be triggered in some way before the soul can be free of it again. Sometimes, this occurrence, which man mistakenly regards as a trifle, is even decisive for the nature of the next incarnation on Earth or for his future fate in this earthly existence. Therefore, do not take the power of thought too lightly, for it naturally attaches the same degree of responsibility to your heels! You are responsible for the most careless thought, for it already causes harm in the Ethereal World. The world that is to receive you after this earthly life.
But if the desire leads as far to seduction, that is, to a gross physical act, then fear the retribution when you are no longer able to make amends physically and spiritually on Earth!
Whether the seduction is carried out in the most flattering way or through strict demand, even if the consent is obtained from the female side, the reciprocal act cannot be deterred by this, it has already begun with the desire, and all prudence, all arts contribute to its intensification. The final consent does not cancel it!
Therefore, be on your guard, avoid every opportunity, and do not indulge in any carelessness! Above all, keep the hearth of your thoughts pure! Then you will never transgress this Commandment!
Nor is it an excuse for a person to try to delude himself that the probability of marriage exists! For that would be the grossest falsehood imaginable. A marriage without soul-love is not valid before God. Soul-love, indeed, remains the best protection against the transgression of the commandment, since a truly loving person always wants only the best for the beloved other and can therefore never make impure wishes or demands, against which the commandment is primarily directed!

* The ability to think creatively and to understand concepts depend on our awareness factor termed the subconscious mind. It is in the subconscious mind that all our mental processes take place – without consciousness. Every thought we generate immediately takes on a form that embodies the expression that gives meaning of the thought in the subconscious mind. As we conceive a thought, the subconscious mind accepts, affirms, and advances with certainty the suggestion it receives whether the reciprocation is good or bad. As the edifice of order, judgement and reciprocity, therefore, the subconscious mind is responsible for the internal programming that forms our beliefs, memories of experience, judgments and habits; in other words, it forms our mindset.
