The teachings of the Light on specific actions and practices in your life are given to you to help you in understanding them, to recognize their significance so that you can lead a good life, as some of these actions carry meanings that you may not yet realize.

The Light transmits these teachings to you through the servants of the Light on mission. For you, who have the grace to know these teachings on this subject at this precise moment, it is no coincidence. Perhaps this is the moment that the Light has chosen for you to become aware of what is happening in your life, which holds significance that you were not aware of.

Many people contemplate many questions about life: the origin of their being, what is their mission on Earth, the nature of death, where do they go after their earthly death, and countless other questions in all areas and aspects of life.

It is part of the Mission that the Lord has entrusted to the Helpers of the Light, to help you with these teachings that provide explanations and enable you to uncover answers to all these questions.

God’s help is omnipresent in your life, enabling you to understand what is happening around you and offering answers and solutions to your various questions.

In His Love, God grants the Helpers of the Beyond the grace to access the “book of life” of every human being in the Afterlife. This book records everything a person has done in thought, word and deed during all their various incarnations on Earth. By reading this record, the Helpers can reveal aspects of your past lives to you. These revelations can help you to understand a phenomenon that you are experiencing in your present life that may have previously lacked explanation. Gaining understanding from the teachings of these revelations can help in your spiritual evolution and well-being.

Many people find themselves stuck, going round in circles and not making any progress in their spiritual evolution because of things that they are experiencing and do not understand, and that may be karma, burdens from past lives that they are carrying in this present life to redeem themselves. They do not know what to do to evolve spiritually.

Revelations are a great help in opening up certain people who know what has been blocking them for a long time in their lives. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. The elements that explain and provide answers and solutions to a problem that has been bothering you for a long time may be all around you, but you don’t know it. The Light cannot have sent you to Earth for nothing, and left you there without answers to all that is happening to you. Every person who ends up on Earth is here for a reason that he or she may not know. The most important thing for one who is ignorant of many things is to try to do God’s Will. God’s Laws, which govern everything in Creation and operate automatically, work in your life according to the way you live.

You will sever these evil links to your previous faults and mistakes, which you will unknowingly atone for if you live by them.

A person who naturally thinks only of helping others in every possible way, might have been a criminal or a thief in a past life, without any awareness of it. The harm he had done to others through a lack of true neighbourly love may, at some point in a new life on Earth, awaken neighbourly love within him. By acting in this way, he unknowingly atones for the wrongs he committed in a previous life. He experiences the joy of helping others, of sharing his material possessions and financial resources, rather than keeping everything for himself.

Do good, for you may not realize that by helping others spiritually, materially and financially, you are atoning for your past flaws and mistakes. The Light offers many opportunities for those who incarnate to atone for their past mistakes or wrongs.

Incarnation is a grace that God grants to the human spirit return to Earth to atone for the mistakes or wrongdoings of the past. Servants come on a mission of Light to help these people in their spiritual evolution.

Many things happen at the moment of reincarnation. Some souls return with the same flaws, the same habits from past lives, failing to make the necessary effort to redeem them by living a life in accordance with the Laws in order to evolve spiritually. As a result, they add weight to the burdens they carry, in total ignorance of the consequences in their lives.

There are many people who have something in their lives that has become like their identity. This could be a recurring habit that continues through each incarnation on Earth.



The Practice of Wearing Glasses

Some people who have had the grace to reincarnate several times on Earth return each time with something that is particular to them and characteristic of each incarnation on Earth and which becomes part of their identity before the Light. For instance, the wearing of glasses for those who have had the grace to reincarnate several times on Earth. These people can wear glasses in every incarnation.

Once these individuals are on Earth, wearing glasses becomes part of their identity, by which the Light recognizes them. If they don’t wear glasses, it’s as if something is missing.

Some people have vision problems from an early age, which leads them to wear glasses. This is no accident. The Light wants them to wear these glasses, which become part of their very identity from an early age.

There are exceptions for people who are wearing glasses for the first time for whatever reason. But you should be aware that there are many people who return to Earth with something that is also part of their identity. It may be a habit they have with each incarnation on Earth.

When He was young, the Lord did not want to wear glasses. When He looked at Himself in the mirror with glasses on, He saw a different image appear in the mirror. He wondered whether it was Him or someone else. Although His eyesight was fine, His Guides advised Him to wear glasses when he reached a certain age.

When the influence of light had a profound effect on the Lord, He needed a means of protection. Wearing glasses was essential to provide that protection.

When He was four years old, the Lord decided to try on His uncle’s glasses, which were lying on a table in the living room where he often sat to read, using his glasses for better vision.

One day, the Lord’s uncle left his glasses on the table. The Lord walked by, picked them up and tried to put them on, but they didn’t fit Him well. As His uncle was away for some time, the Lord amused himself with the glasses, trying to hold them with His fingers and bring them close to His eyes as if He were wearing them. He then went to look at Himself in the hallway mirror. But when He looked into the mirror hanging on the wall, He saw nothing; it was completely white, no image at all, not even of the walls or of any surrounding objects. Instead He was met with an intense bright light.

He was deeply frightened after looking into the mirror. He hurriedly put back His uncle’s glasses in their place. From that day on, He never made the mistake of handling His uncle’s glasses again.

He later asked His Guides about the incident with His uncle’s glasses. His Guide explained that the Light was protecting Him from seeing disturbing reflections in the mirror. There were entities present in His uncle’s house that could have potentially frightened Him by appearing in the mirror. To prevent this, the Essentials covered the lenses with alternative image that He had seen in the mirror.

Do not wear glasses that do not belong to you.

On Fashion Trends

Clothing changes with the seasons, the weather and the times. The clothes that were considered fashionable and noble in JESUS’ day are not worn by people today, even though they may appreciate those styles.

Some people conform to the fashion trends of their day by wearing clothes that are popular in their time. Others choose to wear clothes that they personally like, even if they are not elegant, and pay little attention to others’ opinions about their fashion choices.

Some people are born with a global view of things. They see things differently from others. Their memory box is open and provides vivid recollections from past lives that can deeply influence them to the point of thinking about making or having made for them the style of clothing worn by people from those past eras, regardless of whether those clothes are adapted to the time in which they live. And when people criticize their clothes, these individuals often fail to grasp the basis of the criticism, as they are simply wearing the clothes they like.

There are dressmakers and tailors who are also designers and whose memory box is open. They can visualize images of modern clothing styles, they admire them, and choose to make these garments to wear, regardless of whether they fit the current fashion trend.

A Story About the Lord

The Lord had a business colleague named Brooklyn, whose father was from America and whose mother was from Austria. Brooklyn grew up in Austria. He wore strange clothes which he designed himself and which the tailor made, using the fabrics he himself bought. He would give his patterns to the tailor to make clothes according to his instructions. His clothes were unconventional for his time, leading others to question his strange outfits. In response, he would claim that it was they who didn’t wear noble clothes like he did, claiming that he was the embodiment of nobility. Some people thought he was eccentric, but he was confident in what he said and did.

The Lord asked His Guide about Brooklyn’s clothes. The Guide revealed that Brooklyn had been was a tailor in the previous life in 1817. He was not only a collector but also owned a clothing shop where he sold a variety of clothes for both men and women. His designs were stored in his memory box. During his incarnation, his memory box was opened, and he had a vision of these old clothing designs flashing before his eyes, inspiring him to recreate 19th century clothing. He felt comfortable in his old-fashioned clothes and was indifferent to any criticism he received. This was not necessarily a bad thing, but people should adapt their clothes to the time in which they live. It’s a matter of human evolution. The Lord had a fondness for Brooklyn.

Wearing shoes is important and necessary for everyone. There is a noticeable contrast between someone who wears shoes and someone who does not. The person wearing shoes tends to be seen as more respectable. It is important to take the act of wearing shoes seriously, particularly in the presence of others. Also, don’t forget that the Light sees when you are barefooted. It is generally considered inappropriate for a man to be barefooted in front of women.

In, Sweden, it is customary for people to remove their shoes and wear only socks when entering a home. This practice reflects a respectful attitude towards others.

There’s no excuse for people in hot countries not to cover their feet either. They can adapt to their hot climate by covering their feet when they are in the company of others, using lightweight, breathable socks designed to cover their feet comfortably.

It’s about maintaining dignity and embodying nobility in all aspects of life. It’s a question of nobility. The focus should be on striving for nobility in the presence of the Light, rather than hiding behind explanations and excuses that do you no credit.

Women ought to wear shoes that hide their feet, which should not be exposed to public view.

High heeled shoes for women are merely a product of men’s fantasy, aimed to draw women into the world of fashion, along with all the connotations that entails.

Women ought to reflect on what is noble in the sight of God and refrain from revealing any part of their bodies that should be modestly covered.

Wearing high heels has harmful consequences for some women, who lose their balance when walking, resulting in falls, foot injuries and, worse still, serious injures when they fall. This raises the question of the need to wear such footwear, which puts their health at risk. The Light appreciates in women what is noble, but not what appeals to women and is not noble, not worthy of a true woman.

Dressing in clothes and footwear that are ignoble diminishes a woman’s spiritually. Rather than feeling at ease during an event, a woman in high heels may feel discomfort and find it difficult to move around easily. Her focus is likely to shift from the purpose for which she has come to the discomfort of her shoes, leading to distractions. It’s important to present yourself with grace and dignity before the Light, even in your choice of footwear.

From a young age, the Lord always wore shoes, and whenever He removed them, He was always left in socks.

At the age of five, on a particularly hot summer day, His elder sister, who often took care of Him, encouraged Him to remove His shoes and socks to let His feet breathe. She knew that the Lord did not like to be without shoes, nor preferred to be just in socks alone. They were in the family living room, where the Lord had dozed off. He was resting in an armchair, still wearing his socks, next to his big sister, as was his usual habit. Once she was sure He was deeply asleep, His older sister gently took off His socks, leaving His feet bare.

When the Lord woke up and noticed that His feet were bare, He ran to His hiding place where He usually conversed with the Essentials. He was quite embarrassed by the situation. The whole family found it amusing. He remained in that place for a long time, choosing to speak only to the Essentials and avoiding conversation with his family. He only went out to get more socks. As he emerged from his hiding place, he put on his shoes and headed to the kitchen to see His Mother, whom He loved very much. He asked her to prevent his older sister from continuing the same practice. He didn’t want to be around his older sister who started this practice.

As the Lord matured, He always urged His elder sister to respect His individuality, even in little things like wearing shoes. It was very important for Him to always have shoes on His feet. He wore noble clothes, and even in the summer the Lord was dressed in clothes that covered His body, and He never let His family members influence Him. His brother ALVIN, in particular, who wore men’s knitwear in the summer, imparted lessons on morality to Him.

The change of season made no difference to the Lord, Who had the demands of nobility to live up to and to present Himself nobly in front of others. He exemplified the behaviour that individuals should strive to emulate.

This is also relevant to you, as you already know the spiritual teachings that promote good conduct. Strive to embody nobility at all times, for you never know who may be watching you.
