Teachings on self-control, anger, stress, worry and agitation | with narratives relating to the Lord
– From Master John
The Light provides teachings and guidance designed to support individuals in their spiritual evolution. The Lord’s stories, incorporated into these teachings, aim to improve the overall understanding of this spiritual message. However, some people favour the narrative aspect of the Lord’s stories over the guidance provided by Master John. They are more motivated by curiosity about the Lord’s actions than by an interest in spiritual development. The Light uses various means to convey its teachings, guidance, information and messages. Therefore, it is essential that readers of the blogs seek to understand the true educational intention conveyed by The Light.
The blogs are not published randomly or solely for entertainment purposes. The aim is to shed light on events occurring within society or the community in order to help readers understand the issues at stake. Some readers may not pay attention to these monthly publications, but it should be emphasized that their primary purpose is to offer spiritual teachings and advice to facilitate understanding of various phenomena. The focus should not just be on the Lord’s stories. It is the Lord’s Will that His actions during His earthly mission be shared with readers of the Grail Message and anyone interested in spiritual teachings. Many people express a desire to deepen their understanding of the spiritual teachings and guidance offered by Master John, sometimes with the aim of comparing this content with existing spiritual teachings. This approach reflects a legitimate curiosity but does not constitute a genuine search for the Truth in the Word. The teachings of the spiritual Word are essential and beneficial for everyone.
Spiritual Word nourishes the spirit. In order to progress spiritually, it is essential to take action and not remain inactive. Claiming that you are not interested in the Word of God is not advisable; it may simply mean that you do not know it well enough. God created humans to do His Will, which is revealed through His Word. When someone seeks to understand the true Word of God and wishes to live according to It, they naturally aspire to follow the Divine Will. This principle is simple, yet many complicate matters by taking the wrong path. It is therefore important to nourish your spirit with the spiritual Word.
Many people are familiar with spiritual teachings, yet do not apply these life-saving principles to their behaviour. When faced with situations that require self-control, some people react with anger or agitation, thus revealing aspects of their personality. Sometimes, after losing their temper, certain individuals regret their actions, without having been able to control themselves in the moment, while realizing the negative consequences of their behaviour.
Be careful to maintain the purity of your thoughts, because every interaction begins with them and is directed towards the person with whom you are communicating.
Without proper control, various flaws can emerge, often resulting in conflict at the end of the communication.
The first step in dealing with a problem is to rely on the teachings you have received and to remain attentive to your intuition, your inner voice. Intuition can be invaluable in many situations. In the absence of self-control, intuition can help you regain your calm and balance. While others around may sometimes try to calm you down during a heated discussion, it is often only intuition that can truly restore inner serenity. When you agree to listen to your intuition, others will quickly notice that you have quickly regained your composure, even if you had previously appeared agitated. Many then wonder about this sudden change in demeanour. This is because intuition effectively guides us towards calmness, although how well it works, depends on each person’s ability to be open to it.
SELF-CONTROL
Self-control is essential in conflict situations. Lack of control can lead to regrettable behaviour and impulsive decision-making. In the family setting, for example, some men struggle to remain calm when faced with disagreements with their spouse or children, mistakenly believing that raising their voice is the appropriate solution. This attitude can lead to outbursts and harmful actions. When tensions rise, it is not uncommon for verbal escalation to degenerate into agitation, with unpredictable consequences. Some individuals, lacking self-control, even resort physically assaulting women. It is important to note that anger often leads to reprehensible actions. Indeed, an uncontrolled mind can be negatively influenced and driven by demons to commit serious acts, such as criminal offences. Many people find themselves incarcerated for losing control of themselves.
STORY 1
The Lord undertook a trip to Austria to visit His cousin Franck, who was ill. He chose to stay at an inn near Franck’s home. The inn was located in the heart of a lively neighbourhood, surrounded by various homes and shops. A few steps away lived a couple who were known for their frequent heated arguments. Their arguments were so loud that the whole neighbourhood could hear what they were arguing about.
From His first day at the inn, the Lord noticed these altercations. Every evening, after visiting Franck, He found that the situation remained unchanged, with the man usually raising his voice even more. Confronted with this constant source of disturbance, the Lord considered discreetly intervening; however, He did not question the innkeeper about the nature of the conflicts. Instead, He sought the help of His Guide to better understand the couple’s dynamics.
He learned that the couple had been married for four years and that the woman was having difficulty conceiving. The man, unable to cope with this situation, had begun to see other women outside of marriage.
When the woman found out about this, she confronted her husband. However, he lacked self-control and frequently hurled unacceptable insults at her during their recurring arguments. The man also refused to give his wife any money, arguing that she did not deserve to receive any since she had no children, questioning what the funds would be used for. He would also physically assault his wife, leaving scars on her body. When the altercations ceased momentarily, it was often because the woman had threatened to leave; the man, not wanting to be alone, would temporarily stop his hurtful remarks, but the conflicts would resume after a while.
The Lord had only three days to visit Franck. Unable to intervene further, He decided to invoke the Force of God to resolve this problem. On the second evening, after dinner at Franck’s house, the Lord returned to His inn. En route, He met a man named KLAUS, who was returning from a woman’s house. As was His custom, the Lord wore a welcoming smile, inviting passers-by to strike up a conversation.
The Lord greeted Klaus, who returned the greeting. Noticing that the Lord was not from the neighbourhood, Klaus struck up a conversation by asking Him His name. The Lord, still smiling, replied: Ernst Oscar.
Klaus started the conversation to find out why the Lord was in the neighbourhood. The Lord explained that He had come to visit Franck, whom Klaus knew well. They discussed Franck’s valuable work and how highly his wife and children were regarded in the community. Then, in a low voice and with his head bowed, Klaus confided that he had not been fortunate enough to start a family and had no children after four years of marriage.
The Lord replied that Klaus had a wife who was capable of conceiving children, but that he needed to cultivate more love for her in order to welcome their future offspring. He specified that his lack of attention to his wife was creating tension, thus repelling the unborn children. Moved, Klaus remained silent, tears in his eyes. Surprised by such revelations, he asked the Lord about His identity. The Lord smiled and asked him if it was really important to know the one who reveals truths. “I am a servant of God,” He replied.
After this discourse with Klaus, the Lord explicitly recommended that he change his behaviour towards his wife, DOROTHEA, so that harmony would reign in their marriage – a necessary condition for welcoming the children that the Light has destined for them. He informed Klaus, looking him straight in the eye, that Dorothea will give birth to three children: two girls and a boy. However, Klaus must first ask Dorothea for forgiveness so that divine grace may extend over their union. The Lord also insisted that Klaus convey this message to his wife.
Afterwards, Klaus was overjoyed, and their evening passed without conflict. Klaus was transformed and their married life became peaceful.
Franck maintained regular correspondence with the Lord. A year later, he wrote to inform the Lord of his encounter in his neighbourhood with a man named Klaus, accompanied by his wife Dorothea and a child, who had come to attest to the fulfilment of a prophecy. Klaus now behaved respectfully towards his wife, and the couple expressed their gratitude for the grace they had received.
According to the revelation received by Klaus during his conversation with the Lord, Dorothea and Klaus became parents to three children: KRISTINA, BERTHA, and LUDWICH.
A lack of self-control can cause you to miss out on the Grace of God, Who wishes to work in your life. This lack of control attracts many negative elements around you. Provocations may come from darkness and its agents, seeking to cause people to lose control; however, it is appropriate to act according to spiritual principles. In any situation, it is essential to control oneself first than react in anger and then regretting it and ask for forgiveness. God’s servants should themselves exercise self-control in all circumstances; otherwise, they risk opening the door to darkness and its agents – sources of trouble and problems.
ANGER
Anger is never beneficial. Indeed, many negative acts occur when individuals allow themselves to be overcome by it. Darkness takes advantage of these moments of weakness to attack those who lose control. It is common knowledge that anger never brings anything good.
There are people who are generally calm, but when faced with a difficulty that they cannot resolve peacefully, they give in to anger and cause damage. Some children know that their father is usually calm, but if they disturb him and he ends up getting angry, he loses all control and may commit any kind of rash act.
STORY 2One Thursday morning, the Lord decided to go into town to do some shopping. Although he already had a shop where he usually bought his shoes and clothes, he sometimes liked strolling around town. These walks allowed Him to fulfil His mission, especially by meeting people, exchanging a few words with them, and praying for those in need.
That day, the Lord entered a clothing shop, where items for women and men were on display.
He wandered leisurely among the racks, taking the time to observe the different people present, hoping to meet someone he could talk to or pray with.
As the Lord walked through the shop’s aisles, He noticed a young girl walking hesitantly and scanning the shelves from left to right, as if she were looking for something. Intrigued by her behaviour, He decided to observe her discreetly to understand her intentions. Pretending to be interested in the clothes, He followed her movements without attracting attention.
Soon, the girl realized that the Lord was following her. With a furtive gesture, she grabbed a blouse and quickly hid it under her dress. However, a security guard who standing nearby witnessed the scene and immediately challenged her. She was then identified as a professional thief.
Another guard who had seen what happened quickly intervened and detained her as she was hiding the blouse under her dress. Considered an experienced thief, she was seized by the arm by the guard, who immediately retrieved the hidden blouse.
Caught in the act, the girl immediately tried to justify herself by accusing the Lord: she told the guard that she was acting on the Lord’s orders, claiming that He had sent her and other children to steal from shops. She insisted that many of them were doing the same thing in different shops and handing over their loot to this man.
Pointing to the Lord, who was present at the scene and observing the situation, she openly accused Him of being the leader of a network of young thieves. According to her, He dressed elegantly, wearing a jacket, in order to deceive the vigilance of staff, security guards and inspectors.
Intrigued, the security guard looked at the Lord, noting his neat appearance, but failing to understand how such a well-dressed man could lead a gang of underage shoplifters. Meanwhile, the Lord remained silent, watching the scene and witnessing the false accusations being made against Him by the young girl.
When confronted with a provocative situation that could arouse anger in Him, the Lord strove constantly to maintain control of Himself so as not to give in to that feeling. During these challenging moments, He often felt beads of sweat forming in His hands. When the sweat became excessive and threatened to drip, He would clench His fists, looking for a discreet way to wipe it away so that no one would notice His distress.
To further control Himself, He pressed His legs firmly to the ground, aware that if He did not, He could be lifted into the air, which might frighten those around Him.
This phenomenon had occurred a few times before, but only when He was as an adult and fully aware of His mission. During His childhood, such events did not occur.
Hilda, the young girl, watched the Lord intently, as she tried to convince the many guards in the shop of her version of events. They decided to question the Lord and Hilda, and took them both to the supervisor’s office to clarify the situation.
During this tense exchange, Hilda lost her temper, loudly proclaiming that she was in no way responsible for what had happened and accusing the Lord of being the real instigator. Despite these accusations and Hilda’s shouting in the shop, the Lord showed remarkable control over His anger. Rather than succumbing to agitation, He felt pity for the young girl.
His Guide then revealed to the Lord that Hilda was a servant of God, which touched the Lord deeply. He also learned that, from the age of ten, Hilda had been forced by her parents to steal because of the poverty that plagued her family. This situation had made her a young thief who was well known throughout the city and in many shops.
Faced with the gravity of the situation, the Lord understood that everything had to be done to save Hilda from being captured and sent to a juvenile prison. The Essentials, witnesses to the scene in the shop, then mobilized to find someone in the vicinity who knew the Lord, with the aim of finding a solution to rescue the young girl.
A man named August entered the shop just as the guards were escorting Hilda and the Lord to the office. His had intended to walk through the shop when he saw the Lord. Recognizing Ernst Oscar immediately, he greeted Him, but noticed that the atmosphere was tense and that everyone was silent.
Usually smiling, the Lord remained calm on this occasion. He asked about the cause of the commotion, prompting one of the guards to recount the entire story about Hilda. Upon hearing this, August became angry and exclaimed several times:
“No! No! No!” He then told to the guards that he knew the Lord, describing Him as a great man of God with a high reputation in Austria and Germany. One guard confirmed that he had heard of this man.
Despite these testimonies, the Lord’s goal remained to save Hilda. Rather than continuing on to the office, the manager decided to stay at the scene and talk to those involved. They then questioned Hilda, asking her why she had claimed that the Lord was their leader. She replied that she had lied in self-defence, explaining that the Lord had been following her and preventing her from stealing in peace.
Keeping His anger in check, the Lord offered to settle the situation by paying double the price of the blouse Hilda had stolen. His intention was to prevent Hilda from being arrested and her parents from having to pay an excessive fine.
Thanks to the intervention of the Light, the situation was resolved favourably, enabling everyone to gain a better understanding of the issues at stake. In a generous gesture, the Lord paid the requested amount for the blouse. Once the tension eased, August expressed a desire to leave the premises quickly.
After these events, the Lord left the shop with Hilda. He then suggested they go to a restaurant to talk more calmly. Initially fearful, Hilda was quickly reassured by the Lord’s words when He assured her that He would not harm her. Moreover, the Lord’s reputation as a recognized spiritual man inspired her confidence. The Guide then pointed out that the young girl was hungry.
Hilda was going through a particularly difficult period: she had not eaten since the previous evening, and there was no food at home. In this precarious situation, the Lord took the initiative of buying her food to meet her immediate needs.
Seizing this moment of comfort, Hilda expressed her remorse to the Lord and asked for His forgiveness for lying. Overwhelmed, she told Him her story through her tears, explaining that she had had no other choice. She confided that her father had even wanted her to become a prostitute at the age of sixteen, but that she had refused, choosing to steal rather than follow that path.
Once she had eaten her fill, Hilda experienced another act of generosity from the Lord. He had set aside some money to help those in need and, as a lot of time had already been wasted in the shop, He decided to give her the entire sum. This gift was exceptional. The Lord was not in the habit of laying His hand on people’s heads during His walks; however, in this restaurant, He laid His hand on Hilda’s head and prayed for her and instructed her to give the money to her mother so that she could buy goods to sell at the market, as some poor people did.
After her encounter with the Lord, Hilda left with a heart full of joy. Touched by His generosity and advice, she hurried home to share her story with her family. Her mother, HONORINE, received the money that the Lord had entrusted to Hilda. She used it to buy fruit, which she began selling at the local market.
The business quickly became so successful that, thanks to her savings, Hilda was able to pursue training to become a nurse.
Over time, the small family business prospered. Honorine became a wholesaler and opened a fruit shop near the market, enabling the family to significantly improve their living conditions.
Hilda’s father, Georg, was even able to buy a van for transporting goods. They regularly hired out this vehicle, providing additional income for the family and enabling them to help other merchants with their transport needs.
Hilda, for her part, successfully completed her training and became a nurse. She found work at the hospital, fulfilling a dream that had once seemed unattainable due to her family’s precarious situation.
Over the years, Hilda started a family with her husband HENRIK. Together, they had three children: MATHIAS, OSCAR and MADELEINE. One day, they all went to Vomperberg to meet the Lord again. To express her gratitude for the help and support she had received, Hilda named one of her sons Oscar in honour of the Lord for all He had done in the life of her family, which had once been marked by poverty and hunger.
Hilda never forgot the journey she had made or the dangers she had escaped. She remembered the threat of falling into prostitution, despair and misery, and thanked the Lord for saving her. She also remembered the mistake she had made in lying in the name of the Lord and begged God for forgiveness for this sin. Thus, guided by the Light and generosity, Hilda and her family’s life took on new momentum.
The Light wishes everyone to understand the anger that sometimes overwhelmed the Lord. However, He always showed great self-control, especially when it came to helping those whose actions might anger Him. Despite this emotion, He never acted in a negative or malicious way when anger threatened to overcome Him.
Hilda’s story is a striking illustration of this. Although she had acted reprehensibly, as a Servant of God on a Mission, the Lord could not bring Himself to let her continue living a life from which she could not escape, preventing her from fulfilling her mission of Light. Hilda therefore needed the Light’s help to escape from the abyss of poverty in which she found herself.
Maintaining self-control is difficult when circumstances are not conducive to it. In such situations, it is important to remember the spiritual teachings received and to strive to control oneself. Relying on these principles enables one to remain calm and act with discernment, even when under pressure or facing adversity.
STRESS
Stress can affect people who try do many things at once. Often, these individuals do not take the time to organize themselves properly, yet still attempt to accomplish multiple tasks. This lack of organization leads them to try to manage several things at once, which increases their stress levels and can hinder their daily efficiency.
STORY 3From a very young age, the Lord demonstrated organization in carrying out His Mission on Earth. Even as a child, He planned His activities before going out. At school, He was elected leader and manager because of His organizational skills. He was actively involved in organizing family events on his father's side of the family. From the age of seventeen, He was employed by a local dignitary, where He distinguished Himself through His contribution to the organization of various celebrations for this individual’s wife.
His seriousness and rigour earned Him the task of supervising important assignments, which He always carried out professionally. Eager to avoid stress, He took care to prepare everything in advance. When an appointment was scheduled, He made sure to arrive well in advance. Similarly, when travelling, He would prepare His medication a week in advance to avoid forgetting anything.
When the family went out together, He was usually the first to leave the house and would wait for the others in the car. One day, He refused to accompany His older sister to the market because He had been forced to wait outside in the cold for too long. When His sister asked Him why He refused, He explained that He did not want to leave under pressure because the market was about to close and He preferred to avoid rushing. His father reprimanded Him that evening.
When He was ten years old, He told His father that He intended to show His older sister the importance of being on time. This episode led to a family discussion about punctuality, initiated by a ten-year-old child who wanted to teach the adults a lesson.
He explained to His elder sister: ‘Didn’t you notice how stressed you were when you went to the market, looking for everything you wanted? On your return home, you were angry. For my part, I would rather have stayed home than suffer that stress with you at the market.’ By the end, during the family discussion, Ernst Oscar was recognized as being right.
Regarding the Festivals at Vomperberg, the Lord arrived two hours before the service was due to start. Some people were already waiting outside the Mountain to watch Him enter the Temple. Meanwhile, He was alone in an adjoining room, waiting for the precise time of the gathering. It was customary to wait another hour after the Lord had left the Temple so that He would be available to greet and speak with any participants who wished to do so after the Festival.
WORRY
Worry is truly the enemy of the soul. Those who live with constant worry become confused, affecting their thoughts and actions. This confusion can prevent them from making informed decisions and deeply disrupt their inner balance.
The causes of worry are manifold. They can arise in life for various reasons and, if they persist over a long period of time, they can have serious consequences. Many people die prematurely because of worries that have plagued them for years. When worry becomes a permanent fixture, it can cause many problems in daily life.
One notable effect of worry is the loss of sleep. Those who overthink and allow themselves to be overwhelmed by their concerns often live in a perpetual state of stress. This tension is also exacerbated by a lack of self-control in response to life’s events. Even a simple exchange, made in good faith, can trigger anger in someone who is tormented by worry because their sensitivity is heightened.
Worries also cause agitation, particularly when they concern health. Even the slightest question on this subject can provoke a strong reaction and unpleasant responses towards those around them.
Conversely, a person preoccupied with their worries tends not to heed the advice of others. Their thinking is clouded by a jumble of ideas in their mind, preventing them from discerning a clear solution to their problem. Thus, they remain trapped in a cycle of worry that distances them from the serenity they seek.
There is a notable distinction between worries based on their origin and nature.
For instance, a woman grieving the death of her husband will have identifiable worries directly related to her loss. Her anxiety stems from her heart; she is not overwhelmed by confusion, but remains focused on the pain caused by her husband’s death. Even if there is no solution to her suffering, she knows precisely where her worries come from.
In contrast, other individuals live with worries whose origin remains uncertain. This is particularly true for those suffering from an unknown disease, for which doctors remain powerless, causing them to experience deep anxiety. This lack of a clear answer creates much more destabilizing inner turmoil: the person may feel lost or even physically weak because they have no solution to their problems and their causes remain a mystery.
When a person overthinks, their mental activities become disrupted and their thoughts become confused and troubled. Therefore, it is essential to avoid living with prolonged worry.
When faced with problems, it is recommended that you turn to the Light to seek a solution, as worries can sometimes open the way to a deeper spiritual dimension. Thus, by turning to the Light, some people find answers to their concerns.
Situations of distress can sometimes bring individuals closer to the Light Force: repeated prayers in the hope of alleviating their worries can allow some people to open themselves to the Light and transform their lives. For example, someone who has committed reprehensible acts, tormented by the arrest of their accomplices and overwhelmed with worry, may be inspired to change their behaviour and become a better person.
The Lord was distinguished by a total absence of worry. Unlike most people, He did not experience this tormented state of mind nor did He allow Himself to be overwhelmed by anxiety. He actively sought to avoid any form of concern and refused to allow problems to take root in Him in the form of worries.
Although He encountered difficult situations that could have caused concern, the Lord always found a solution to every problem He faced. This was not because He was free from trials, but because He had the ability to respond effectively to every difficulty without allowing Himself to be overwhelmed by doubt or confusion.
Around Him, servants, present both in the Afterlife and on Earth, worked to ensure that everything functioned harmoniously. As soon as a concern arose in His mind, many Essentials mobilized to find a solution and remove any potential obstacle. This constant support enabled the Lord to maintain unshakable serenity.
Moreover, the Lord placed His abilities at the service of others. He actively helped people who were overwhelmed by worry, offering them support and comfort. Through His example and His actions, He showed that it was possible to live without being a prisoner of worry, encouraging everyone to seek inner peace.
STORY 4When the Lord was eight years old, He accompanied His mother to visit a friend in the neighbourhood. His mother wanted to help her friend in the kitchen. During the visit, she noticed and particularly liked the plates and some of the kitchen utensils in her friend’s house. When she returned home, she shared her admiration for these utensils with the whole family.
Hearing this story, the Lord’s father remained silent, knowing that these utensils were expensive and beyond his means. Nevertheless, the Lord’s mother persisted in expressing her longing for these objects on a frequent basis, to the extent that it became a cause for concern for her. Sometimes her husband would become irritated when he heard her talking about them again.
The Lord, still a child, prayed in church that His father would find the money to buy His mother new kitchen utensils. On the birthday of Theresa, the Lord’s mother, this wish came true: to her great surprise, her brother gave her a carefully wrapped gift. When she opened the box, she found kitchen utensils that were even more beautiful than those she had admired at her friend’s house. She openly confided to her brother that she had been worried about getting new utensils, unaware that it was her son’s prayer that had brought about this situation.
The Light worked through the Lord’s uncle, inspiring him to buy his sister these new utensils. It should be noted that Theresa’s brother had inherited many family possessions, enabling him to give this gift.
There are numerous testimonies that bear witness to the Lord’s actions during His Mission on Earth, illustrating His deep aversion to the worries that overwhelm mankind. He could not bear to see people living in anxiety or sadness, and was always attentive to providing them with comfort and solutions. He constantly prayed that everyone might find a way out of their difficulties and thus live in joy.
The Lord paid particular attention to the happiness of women, wishing above all that those who unable to have children could experience the grace and the joy of motherhood. When faced with the obstacles that some women encountered, He prayed that they would be granted grace. Thus, through His intercession, servants on mission received the favour of incarnating on Earth.
It was of paramount importance for the Lord that everyone close to Him was spared worry. From a very young age, He already demonstrated this kindness and faith, as evidenced by the prayers He offered for His own family. For instance, when He was still a child, He prayed that His father would stop drinking, thus expressing His deep desire to see His loved ones freed from all forms of worry or bondage.
AGITATION
Agitation arises when individuals lose control. Some people encounter difficulties in life and become easily agitated, reflecting a particular fragility in the face of certain events or situations. It should be emphasized that agitation is never a trivial or ordinary phenomenon: there is always an underlying reason that causes a person to behave in this way.
One cause of agitation is possession of demons or disembodied spirits. These individuals are constantly agitated and no longer in control of their actions. Demons do not invade a person with the aim of keeping them calm; rather, they seek constant agitation and perpetual movement. Thus, a possessed person becomes an instrument used for specific purposes, resulting in persistent agitation.
A person under the influence of darkness cannot be effectively treated with conventional medication. Although they may appear calm for a period of time, this does not reflect a real control over their agitation since it remains under the influence of a reality external to themselves.
Caution is essential to exercise caution when dealing with the reactions of constantly agitated individuals, since the cause of their behaviour is not always clearly identifiable. The intelligent entities controlling these individuals act with discernment, orchestrating their agitation according to their own intentions.
Some people also suffer from illnesses that cause agitation, especially when they are going through critical phases. In these situations, the Light seeks to repel the dark entities surrounding these individuals. However, it is not easy to remove these entities, and those affected do not always find immediate peace.
Prayer cannot times calm the individual and allow them to regain their composure and cooperation. Nevertheless, achieving total peace remains a difficult goal for some.
Some people may also experience agitation in the presence of others due to various psychological factors. For instance, fear or jealousy may cause an individual to become visibly agitated when confronted with a particular person. This inner turmoil is rooted in complex feelings that alter the person’s usual behaviour.
It is not uncommon for men to feel agitated when faced with an attractive woman. Although this reaction is common, it is generally considered normal and is part of a common human mechanism. Similarly, a child may become agitated after misbehaving, fearing their parents’ reaction; again, this is a natural response to a stressful or anxious situation.
When faced with these different forms of agitation, it is important for everyone to learn to live in accordance with God’s Will. Regardless of whether the agitation is caused by external provocations or more obscure influences, it is essential to control one’s thoughts and preserve their purity in order to resist agitation and maintain inner peace.
